All fans are covered by a 24 month warranty. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase.

In order for a return request to be considered, the purchaser is required to contact Eurofan within 14 days of the invoice date. This time period also applies in the unlikely event of incorrect supply and goods damaged in transit.

Returns will only be considered if each item is in original packaging and both the item and packaging are in “as new” condition. Factory sealed items which have been opened by the purchaser will not be considered for a return. Photographs may be requested to support your claim.

Please choose carefully. Returns incur A 25% restocking / administration fee. The fee may be waived if replacement products are required of a higher value. If in doubt, please contact us prior to purchase.

If a request for return is accepted, the return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
